Mongolian Cavalry Helm for SCA Combat - $850

 This helm was made for Mr. Todd Last of Mount Airy Maryland and delivered about May of 2007, it is made from a conical bowl of 13 Gauge mild steel, heat blackened, with 14 Gauge cheeks, 1/8" thick slats all with 18 Gauge stainless banding and accents.  The top plume and cap assembly is removable and has a substitution plain cap that can be used during combat in order to prevent damage to the plume and stud, it took about 15 months from order to delivery
